How to Order

Please send us an email at orders@fleskpublications.com to confirm availability. We reserve the art for the first email that arrives. Payment is expected within 3 days of reservation.

Commissions

As his commission list is currently full, Mark has temporarily stopped taking requests. We’ll announce when that situation changes.

Payment

Payment is to be made direct to Mark Chiarello. Personal checks are accepted, and shipment will be made as soon as payment has cleared the bank. Payments by Paypal are accepted— a Paypal fee of 4% will be added to the artwork price.

Rights

The buyer understands and agrees that only the physical artwork is being purchased. No rights to reproduce or market the image in any manner are granted. All copyright and reproduction rights to the image are retained by Chiarello.

Shipping

Shipping is via FedEx, generally Next Day, unless the purchaser wishes otherwise. Insuring the artwork beyond the carrier’s minimum is the purchaser’s responsibility.

International shipping

Due to the rise in prices for international shipping, the cost of shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility. The shipping cost can be calculated and added to the price of the artwork, or shipping can be done through the purchaser’s FedEx account. Regardless, the purchaser’s FedEx account number is required for customs purposes.

Insuring the artwork beyond the Fedex minimum is the purchaser’s responsibility.

For customs, the artwork will be valued as the purchaser wishes, but if undervalued, the purchaser assumes the risk regarding any eventuality that might occur associated with the assigned value. (Caveat emptor: Mark packs very securely, and has never had any problems or complaints shipping via FedEx, but there is always the possibility that something adverse might happen in transit.)
