Shipping add $3.00 for USPS Media Mail (4-10 days). USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days for most areas) is available. Priority mail ranges from $4.00 to $9.00 depending on where you live. If you would like Priority mail, send me an e-mail and I will reply with the total. Please add $1.00 for each additional book included in the same order.

California residents add 7.25% sales tax.

All orders will be shipped the next day after I receive payment. If payment is made with a personal check the book will be shipped when the check has cleared. The books are shrink-wrapped. They are packaged with stiff cardboard and mailed in padded envelopes for extra protection during transport.
